Soft And Moist Pumpkin Bread

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp (5g) pumpkin spice (or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cloves)
1 tsp (5g) baking soda
1/2 tsp (2.5g) salt
1&1/2 cup (373g) canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup (125ml) vegetable oil
1&1/2 cup (300g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs

  • reheat oven to 350F and grease a 9×5″ loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
